Event Sponsorship Packages

The sponsorship opportunities listed below will provide you exposure to the audiences of all three organizations.

General Session Keynote

Sponsor one of the keynote slots at one of the COLLABORATE 06 General Sessions. This highly visible sponsorship comes with 45 minutes to address the COLLABORATE 06 audience. Kick off the day with a general session that will educate and enlighten the greater Oracle community.

Registration Bag Insert

Deliver your message directly to attendees through collateral in the COLLABORATE 06 registration bags. Registration bags will be distributed to all attendees upon registration check-in.

Hotel Key Cards

Placing your company’s logo on each attendee’s hotel key card is a perfect opportunity to gain immediate recognition and access COLLABORATE 06 participants throughout their entire stay.

Social Event

Be the exclusive sponsor of this informal event that provides expanded socializing and networking opportunities. Beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served, and signage with your company logo will be displayed throughout the room.

Exhibit Floor Welcome Reception

Be the first to welcome attendees to COLLABORATE 06, and make an immediate impact by sponsoring this
evening event. The Opening Reception is the initial opportunity attendees have to meet and greet old friends and colleagues, make new acquaintances and get a glimpse of products and services offered by exhibitors. All attendees are invited to the Opening Reception and can view the extensive products and services available while enjoying a variety of hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

Happy Hour

What better place to reach COLLABORATE 06 attendees than during a happy hour! This event offers high visibility and a memorable way to expose attendees to your company as they enjoy beverages and hors d’oeuvres. Signage recognizing your company as the sponsor will be placed throughout the room.

Directional Footprints

Direct attendees to your exhibit space! Company name and/or logo footprints are adhered to the exhibit hall floor heading customers from the entrance straight to your booth.

Floor Decals

Placed in select high traffic areas on the exhibit hall floor, these decals will increase awareness of your company
outside the confines of your booth. The COLLABORATE 06 sales team will create the decal for you and place it in these areas.

“You Are Here” Signs

Conveniently located in high traffic areas, these directional maps are sure to provide maximum traffic and exposure for your company. These maps, located throughout the conference, will drive attendees to your booth and increase your awareness.

Hotel Room Drops

Want your logo to be the first thing attendees see as they start their day? Consider a hotel room drop to deliver your company’s personal message. Place your signature item in the daily room drop bags, and reach participants right in their hotel rooms. One bag is dropped per day, and no more than one company may participate
per day.

Wireless “Hot Spot” Sponsor

This exclusive sponsor will get signage recognition throughout the event areas highlighting all access points.

Cyber Café and E-mail Kiosk

The Cyber Café and E-mail Kiosk is the communication hub for COLLABORATE 06 attendees. Located in the exhibit hall, this Internet café will publish all the latest event updates and direct attendees to your Web site. This is your chance to get your message out to all attendees as they access the Internet, check their e-mail back at the office and stay updated at COLLABORATE 06. The sponsor may also provide mouse pads and
a screensaver.

Refreshment Breaks

These refreshment breaks provide attendees the opportunity to discuss ideas, concepts and products, as well as share knowledge with fellow attendees between sessions throughout the day.

Conference Bags

Market your company directly to attendees by sponsoring one organization’s conference bags. The sponsored bags will include your company’s logo and are distributed to all attendees registered through that organization at registration. The bag helps participants stay organized during the event and provides an innovative way for your company to be showcased to all attendees during and after the event.

Registration Badge Lanyards

Have your company’s logo worn by COLLABORATE 06 attendees throughout the event! All attendees must wear a badge during the event. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to feature your company name or logo on lanyards that will adhere to each organization’s attendee badges.

Highlighter/Pen

Receive maximum exposure by promoting your company on the highlighters/pens that COLLABORATE 06 attendees will use throughout the week and beyond. The highlighters/pens will be distributed with registration materials in each organization’s Forum bags.

Notepads

Make a lasting impression! Attendees will take these handy notepads, customized with your sales message, back to the office to use for many weeks to come. With so much information to absorb at the event, attendees will use your logo-imprinted notepad to record their thoughts and capture invaluable tips and techniques. This is a unique way to keep your company in front of your targeted attendees.

Daily Agenda Update

Make sure COLLABORATE 06 attendees see your company’s name on a daily basis as they rely on the Daily Agenda Update for schedule changes and additions during the event.

Passport Program

Increase your booth traffic by being a part of the COLLABORATE 06 passport program. Your company name will be placed on the exchange passport distributed to all attendees in their registration bag. Attendees will stop by
your booth to receive a stamp from your company. Completed cards will be submitted into a raffle to win prizes.

Networking Lounge

Take advantage of this terrific opportunity to sponsor one of the Networking Lounges, inside the Exhibit Hall. These lounges will provide a chance for attendees to network, relax and gather their thoughts. Lounges will be furnished and will include beverages and snacks. Product Demonstrations

Showcase your company’s entire product line during a one-hour Product Demonstration. These sessions, scheduled during education session times, allow you a captive audience of users interested in your product. Promoted as part of the education session offerings for the event, every attendee will see your slot on the education schedule.
