| COLLABORATE 07 -- IOUG Forum pre-registration is now closed. Onsite registration will open at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 15 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Registration Desk (Level 2 of the South Convention Center). If you have mailed or faxed in a registration form that isn't received until after April 6, your registration will be processed onsite in Las Vegas. Registration RatesIOUG members receive the greatest registration savings. Become an IOUG member to get the lowest possible price on COLLABORATE 07 registration (Save more than $300 USD) and enjoy exclusive IOUG member benefits. Company Group RegistrationSave on your full conference registration fee by bringing four (4) or more individuals from your company at a discounted rate. See table above for pricing. Non-Member RatesAll non-member rates include a one-year IOUG membership.
Oracle Employee RegistrationOracle employees are eligible for a special conference registration rate. For information, please contact Michael Neuendorff, Oracle director of events marketing, via e-mail at michael.neuendorff@oracle.com. One-Day Conference PassChoose to attend one day of the conference to visit the Exhibitor Showcase and attend any educational sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. One-Day Conference Rate $649 USD Guest PassesIf you have guests coming to COLLABORATE 07, you can purchase separate event tickets for them to join you. COLLABORATE 07 is a professional event for education and networking. While we encourage you to bring guests to our social events, it is not the appropriate environment for children. The Welcome Reception on Monday night and the Wednesday night event are not allowed for guests under the age of 21. Welcome Reception - $50 USD Wednesday Evening Party - $80 USD Recruit a New Attendee!If you recruit a new attendee for COLLABORATE 07 you will receive a free IOUG membership. If you are a current IOUG member, your current membership will be extended for another year for free. Recruit colleagues or friends that are Oracle users to attend and enter their name and e-mail address in the recruit line when you register. If your recruit attends the event at the full registration rate you and the recruit will receive a free membership! Names can not be changed or added after your registration has been submitted. Please note that a new attendee is someone that has never attended IOUG events in the past or has not attended in the past two years. IOUG University SeminarsThese programs are scheduled for Sunday, April 15, 2007 before the official start of COLLABORATE 07 and on Thursday, April 19, 2007 after COLLABORATE 07 has come to a close. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first served basis.Sunday University SeminarsOn Sunday, April 15, 2007, you can choose from full-day and half-day University Seminars on a variety of topics. Full-Day Seminar – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Half-Day Seminar – 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday University SeminarsHalf-Day Seminar – 8:30 a.m. – Noon
Registration Cancellation PolicyCancellations received before or on March 16, 2007 are eligible for a full refund, less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 17, 2007 and April 1, 2007 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2007. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please note: the IOUG, OAUG and Quest all have separate registration systems and Web sites for this conference, so please ensure that you secure your registration with the users group that best suits your educational needs. |
