How to Make Your ReservationOnline reservations: The link for housing registration will be sent to you after you've registered for COLLABORATE 08 and will allow you to book a room within IOUG's block. General Information:You will only be allowed to book one room at a time. If you would like to book more than one room, you will have to go through the process again. You will receive a housing acknowledgement in 5 - 7 business days. The hotels will not receive the reservations until after Friday, April 4, 2008. One night deposit will be charged once the reservation information is transferred to the hotels. You may make changes to your reservation by contacting the bureau at (303) 892-1112 ext. 601 Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:45 pm MTN, excluding holidays, or e-mail them at dmcvb-housing@denver.org until approximately ten days before the conference. Within ten days, you must contact the hotel directly. (The hotel information will be included in the acknowledgement). Cancellation policyA credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation. To avoid cancellation fee of one night's room and tax charge, cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In order to obtain the discounted rates, the Hyatt Regency Denver, the Marriott Denver City Center or the Adam's Mark Denver Hotel reservations must be made no later than Thursday, March 13, 2008. Make sure to mention that you are a COLLABORATE 08 attendee and you will receive discounts on airline travel and car rentals that have been specifically negotiated for the IOUG.
