Registration Rates

There are several different registration options available to register for the COLLABORATE 08 – IOUG Forum. See the various rates below to determine the registration category that is right for you. Register by March 13, 2008 and save up to $400 USD!

IOUG members receive the greatest registration savings. Become an IOUG member of the IOUG to get the lowest possible price on COLLABORATE 08 registration (Save more than $150 USD) and enjoy exclusive IOUG member benefits. Free IOUG Associate Members are not eligible for the member discount.

IOUG Member Rates

*Premier Member registration is for IOUG Premier Members and includes one year of IOUG membership, COLLABORATE 08 registration and one full-day Sunday IOUG University Seminar at COLLABORATE 08. All non-member rates include a one year IOUG membership.

Onsite Rates (April 13 – 17, 2008)

Company Group Registration

Save on your full conference registration fee by bringing four (4) or more individuals from your company at a discounted rate. Group Rate is for IOUG members only. To qualify, there must be 4 or more members from the same company, each member must complete a registration form and all forms must be submitted together.

One-Day Full Conference Pass

Choose to attend one day of the conference to visit the Exhibitor Showcase and any educational sessions on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday or Thursday.

Guest Passes

If you have guests coming to COLLABORATE 08, you can purchase separate event tickets for them to join you. COLLABORATE 08 is a professional event for education and networking. While we encourage you to bring guests to our social events, it is not the appropriate environment for children. The Welcome Reception on Monday night and the Wednesday night event are not allowed for guests under the age of 21.

Recruit a New Attendee!

If you recruit a new attendee for COLLABORATE 08 you will receive a free IOUG membership. If you are a current IOUG member, your current membership will be extended for another year for free. Recruit colleagues or friends that are Oracle users to attend and enter their name and e-mail address in the recruit line when you register. If your recruit attends the event at the full registration rate you and the recruit will receive a free membership! Names can not be changed or added after your registration has been submitted. Please note that a new attendee is someone that has never attended IOUG events in the past or has not attended in the past two years.

IOUG University Seminars

These programs are scheduled for Sunday, April 13, 2008 before the official start of COLLABORATE 08 and on Thursday, April 17, 2008 after COLLABORATE 08 has come to a close. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first served basis.

Sunday University Seminars

Full-Day Seminar – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Registration Rate: $459 USD (advance); $549 USD (onsite)

University Seminars must have at least 12 registrants by March 21, 2008 or the seminar will be canceled by the IOUG. When you register, you will be required to choose a second seminar. In the event your first choice is cancelled, you will automatically be moved to your second choice.

Thursday University Seminars

Half-Day Seminar – 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

Registration Rate: $249 USD (advance); $299 UDS (onsite)

Thursday seminars must have at least 30 registrants by March 21, 2008 or the seminar will be canceled by the IOUG. You will be required to choose a second seminar. In the event your first choice is canceled, you will automatically be moved to your second choice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by March 13, 2008, are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 14, 2008 and March 27, 2008 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after March 27, 2008. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ioug@showcare.com.
