IOUG Member Recruitment Campaign
The IOUG is launching its first-ever member recruitment campaign. Join the IOUG in recruiting your fellow colleagues and peers that are Oracle users to join this dynamic, user-driven professional community and resource.
As an IOUG member, you belong to a leading organization of Oracle users worldwide, providing information, education, networking and advocacy. It’s easy and rewarding to participate in this campaign:
- Recruit new IOUG members that are leaders in Oracle database technologies (your colleagues, local chapter contacts, etc.) In turn, these new members will receive US $25 off IOUG membership!
- Gain rewards (see incentives below) for your efforts and expand the global community of Oracle users.
The IOUG Member Recruitment Campaign will run through Friday, November 12, 2004.
Campaign Incentives:
- Refer 1-2 new members – IOUG t-shirt
- Refer 3-4 new members – IOUG polo shirt
- Refer 5 or more new members –IOUG sweatshirt
- Refer 5 or more new members and you'll be entered in a raffle for a free IOUG Live! 2005 registration.
How Do I Participate?
- Appeal to your fellow Oracle users to join the IOUG
- Have them go to www.ioug.org to sign-up for IOUG membership and mention that you referred them.
- They must do the following when completing the online membership form:
- When asked “How did you hear about the IOUG?”, they must choose “Other IOUG member”
- In the field directly under that, they must indicate your exact name for you to be included as their referrer.
- Choose the individual, one-year membership and enter promotion code MRC.
Campaign Rules:
- Associate members who join and refer a new member are eligible AND can count themselves as one referral! (Include your name as the referrer when you join)
- Former members who rejoin and refer a new member are also eligible AND can count themselves as one referral! (Include your name as the referrer when you join)
- New members must indicate who referred them on the online membership form.
