Recruit a New Attendee!

If you recruit a new attendee you will receive a $100 USD rebate after the symposium. Recruit colleagues or friends that are Oracle users to attend and enter their name in the recruit line when you register. If your recruit attends the symposium at the full registration rate, we will send you a rebate 60 days after the symposium. Names can not be changed or added after your registration has been submitted. Please note that a new attendee is someone that has never attended IOUG Live! or has not attended in the past two years.

Sunday University Seminars

These full-day programs are scheduled for Sunday, May 1, 2005 from 8:30am - 4:30 pm before the start of Live! 2005. Space is limited and reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. The fees for a Sunday University Seminar are the following:

Sunday University Seminars must have at least 12 registrants by April 10, 2005 or the seminar will be cancelled by IOUG. You will be required to pick a second choice. In the event your first choice is cancelled, you will automatically be moved to your second choice.

Thursday University Seminars

These half-day programs are scheduled for Thursday, May 5, from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Space is limited and reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. The fees for a Sunday University Seminar are the following:

Thursday seminars must have at least 30 registrants by April 10, 2005 or the seminar will be cancelled by the IOUG. In the event of cancellation, you will automatically be moved to your second choice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by April 1, 2005, are eligible for a full refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Cancellations received on or after April 1, 2005, receive a 50% refund. NO refunds are given after April 15, 2005. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. No penalty will apply for name changes and substitutions.

Guest Event Tickets

Tickets to IOUG Live! 2005 events are available for guests. A ticket for the Welcome Reception (Monday) is $40 per ticket which includes drink tickets and heavy hors' d'oeuvres. A ticket for the Tuesday Reception is $60 per ticket which includes drinks and heavy hors' d'oeuvres.

IOUG Live! 2005 is a professional event for education and networking. While we encourage you to bring guests to our social events, it is not the appropriate environment for children. The Welcome Reception on Monday night is held in the exhibit hall therefore, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend. The Tuesday night social event is also a networking event and children are not recommended to attend.
