IOUG Live! 2005 Keynote Sponsorship - $30,000

Sponsor one of the IOUG Live! 2005 Keynote Speaker slots at the Monday or Tuesday Opening Sessions. This high visibility sponsorship comes with 45 minutes to address the IOUG Live! 2005 audience. Kick off the day with a general session address that will educate and enlighten Oracle users on current and future technology and industry trends.

On-Site Agenda/Show Directory – $12,000

Build your on-site experience and post-show momentum as the sponsor of the IOUG Live! 2005 On-Site Agenda/Show Directory. Distributed to all attendees at registration, this show guide delivers impact all year long and enables you to hit your target audience – Oracle users.

Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception – $9,000

Be the first to welcome attendees to IOUG Live! 2005 and make an immediate impact by sponsoring this evening event. This reception, which will take place in the exhibit hall on Monday evening,, provides an opportunity for IOUG Live! 2005 attendees to start the week off in a relaxing social atmosphere. All attendees are invited to the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception and can view the extensive products and services available while enjoying a variety of hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

Internet Café – $7,500

The Internet Café is the communication hub for IOUG Live! attendees while in Orlando. Located in the exhibit hall foyer, this Internet café will publish all the latest conference updates and direct attendees to your Web site. This is your chance to get your message out to all conference attendees as they access the Internet, check their e-mail back at the office and stay updated at IOUG Live! 2005. The sponsor may also provide mouse pads and a screensaver.

Conference Bags – $6,000 (4 company limit)

Market your company directly to the IOUG Live! 2005 attendees by sponsoring the conference bags. The sponsored conference bags will include your company’s logo and are distributed to all attendees at registration. The sponsor will also receive a complimentary registration bag insert.

Registration Badge Insert – $7,000

Place your company’s promotional material inside the badges that IOUG Live! attendees carry with them everywhere during the conference. Registration badges are distributed to all attendees at registration.

Registration Lanyards – $6,000 exclusive

Have your company’s logo worn by all IOUG Live! 2005 attendees! This ensures that each attendee will receive your conference message upon their check-in and continually be exposed to it through the week.

Conference Notepads – $4,500

Provide IOUG Live! attendees with a place to take notes by sponsoring the IOUG Live! 2005 notepads. Notepads will be distributed at registration to all attendees with their materials. Your company name and logo will be incorporated along with the IOUG logo.

Hotel Room Drops – $3,000 per day/$8,500 exclusive

Looking to add a personal touch to your sponsorship? Consider a hotel room drop for IOUG Live! attendees to deliver your company’s personal message. Your message will be the first one they see as they start their day.

Conference Highlighter/Pen –$2,700 exclusive/$1,000 (3 company limit)

Receive maximum exposure by promoting your company in session rooms as IOUG Live! 2005 attendees will use these pens throughout the conference week and beyond (sponsor supplies pens). The highlighters/pens will be distributed with registration materials.

Conference “Post-It” Notepads - $3,000 exclusive

Make a lasting impression! Attendees will take these handy “post-it” notepads, customized with your sales message, back to the office to use for many weeks to come.

Daily Agenda Update –$3,000 exclusive/$1,500 daily

Make sure IOUG Live! attendees see your company’s name on a daily basis as they rely on the Daily Agenda Update for schedule changes and additions during the conference.

Refreshment Breaks – $2,000 each

This refreshment breaks provides attendees the opportunity to discuss ideas, concepts and products, as well as share knowledge with fellow attendees between sessions throughout the day.

Floor Decals – $1,000 (Limit 5)

Placed to heavy traffic areas throughout the Dolphin Hotel, these decals will increase awareness of your company and products among conference attendees. The IOUG will create the decal for you and place throughout the conference.
