COLLABORATE 09

Call for Volunteers

IOUG Forum

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the COLLABORATE 09 – IOUG Forum Conference Committee. By volunteering for this committee, you will become part of a team working together to provide the User Community with quality educational opportunities at COLLABORATE 09 – IOUG Forum taking place May 3-7, 2009 at the Orange County Convention Center West in Orlando, FL.

IOUG is currently looking for Track Managers and Reviewers to facilitate tracks within the education program of the IOUG Forum. Track Managers are responsible for recruiting, reviewing and selecting content for technical sessions, expert technical sessions, panels, debates and quick tips. Track Managers also serve as representatives of the IOUG to speakers and the User Community on conference-related issues. Reviewers serve to assist the Track Managers in the review and rating of the Abstracts submitted. Reviewers are also involved with the review of the papers/presentations for the accepted Technical Sessions, Quick Tips, and Expert Technical Sessions.

Please complete and submit the following information by Monday, August 25 to IOUG Headquarters office (details shown below) in order to be considered as a Track Manager and/or as a Reviewer volunteer for COLLABORATE 09 – IOUG Forum:
