About the CERNER TECHNICAL SIG
The IOUG Cerner Technical SIG is a forum to advance experience and knowledge of users managing Cerner health care systems by providing a forum for technical interchange.
The Cerner Technical SIG was initiated at IOUG Live! 2004 in Toronto and was officially launched at IOUG Live! 2005 in Orlando.
The SIG will:
- Maintain a discussion forum for free discussion of related issues.
- Host an online forum and list server to facilitate discussion of issues.
- Provide a yearly meeting at IOUG Live! for members to discuss challenges and share ideas.
- Liaison with other IOUG SIGs
- Collectively give feedback to Cerner Corporation for system enhancements and manageability.

We will have a call for candidates for next year's officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Web Site Chair, and Events Chair.
