Michelle Malcher

Michelle is the DBA Team Lead at DRW with over 13 years experience in database development, design and administration. She has expertise in performance tuning, security, data modeling and database architecture of very large database environments. As a representative on the Oracle's Security Customer Advisor Council, she provides feedback and recommendations to Oracle regarding security products and practices. She is also a contributing author for Select Journal and IOUG Best Practices Tip Booklet. Before being elected to the IOUG Board, Michelle was president of the Enterprise Best Practices SIG and is still an active leader of this group for the focus area of security.
